Hajia's Kitchen was founded in 2009 by Hajia Amina, a mother of six from Tamale who learned to cook from her grandmother in the Northern tradition. What started as a small chop bar has grown into one of Accra's most beloved restaurants, now in the heart of Osu.
Every dish is made fresh daily — no shortcuts, no preservatives, just honest, soulful Ghanaian cooking. We believe food is family, and at Hajia's Kitchen, every customer is family.
Fresh. Local. Honest.
At Hajia's Kitchen, we source our ingredients daily from trusted Ghanaian farmers and local markets. Every vegetable, spice, and grain is carefully chosen for freshness and quality.
We believe great food starts with real ingredients — which is why we avoid preservatives and use only what is fresh, natural, and locally grown.
From market to kitchen, everything is prepared with care, keeping the true taste of Ghana alive in every dish.
